1. Nature of Services

Services may include:

• Mediumship readings

• Intuitive consultations

• 1:1 coaching or transformation sessions

• Online courses

• Memberships

• Workshops

• Digital downloads

• Educational programs

All services are provided for educational, spiritual insight, and personal development purposes only.

Information shared during sessions or programs is interpretive and subjective and should be considered guidance rather than fact.

No specific outcomes, results, validations, healing experiences, business growth, income, or spiritual connections are guaranteed.

2. Not Medical or Mental Health Services

Claire Kellems is not a licensed physician, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or mental health professional.

Nothing provided through mediumship, coaching, courses, or digital content is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

If you are experiencing emotional distress, unresolved trauma, suicidal ideation, or a mental health crisis, you agree to seek support from a licensed professional or emergency services immediately.

Participation in services does not create a therapeutic or medical relationship.

3. Mediumship-Specific Understanding

Mediumship and intuitive services are spiritual experiences and are subject to personal interpretation.

Messages, impressions, and insights are not guaranteed to meet specific expectations.

Mediumship is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

4. Coaching & Educational Scope

Coaching and course materials are intended for educational and personal growth purposes.

You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, implementation, and results.

5. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk

Participation in all services is voluntary.

You accept full responsibility for your interpretations, emotional responses, decisions, and actions.

You agree to hold Claire Kellems and The Creative Intuitive™ harmless from any liability related to your participation.

6. Financial Responsibility

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is offered.

All payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Failure to complete payment plans does not cancel your financial obligation and may result in revoked access to services.

7. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy (1:1 Services)

All 1:1 mediumship and coaching sessions require payment in full or enrollment in an approved payment plan at the time of booking.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Payment Plans (Coaching Only)

If a payment plan is selected for coaching services:

• You agree to complete all scheduled payments in full.

• Failure to attend sessions does not cancel your financial obligation.

• Missed or forfeited sessions do not pause, reduce, or extend your payment plan.

Payment plans are a courtesy, not a subscription, and do not alter the no-refund policy.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled if requested at least eight (8) hours prior to the scheduled session time, subject to availability.

Requests made less than eight (8) hours before the scheduled session will not qualify for rescheduling.

No-Shows & Late Cancellations

Failure to attend a scheduled session without proper notice will be considered a no-show.

No-shows and cancellations made within eight (8) hours of the scheduled session time will result in:

• The session being forfeited

• No reschedule offered

• No refund provided

For coaching packages or multi-session containers:

A missed session will be counted as used and will not be made up, extended, replaced, or added to the program timeline.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By booking or enrolling in services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services delivered or forfeited in accordance with this policy.

Attempted chargebacks may result in immediate termination of access to all services and collections action for unpaid balances.

8. Digital Products & Courses

Due to the immediate access granted to digital materials:

• Online courses

• Memberships

• Workbooks

• Recorded trainings

• Digital downloads

are non-refundable.

All sales are final.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, branding, videos, audio recordings, workbooks, and digital assets are the intellectual property of Claire Kellems and The Creative Intuitive™.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, share, or modify materials without written permission.

Unauthorized sharing may result in removal from programs without refund.

10. Confidentiality

Information shared during 1:1 sessions is treated as confidential.

In group programs, participants agree to respect the privacy of others and not share personal disclosures outside the program.

Mediumship and coaching services are not HIPAA-covered services and communications are not protected by therapist-client privilege.

11. Limitation of Liability

Participation in services is voluntary and at your own risk.

Claire Kellems and The Creative Intuitive™ are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation.
